Surprised they’ve so many left. They all run the same systems, would be easy to mix customer bases and shut even more branches.
I dont have a phone. Which means I can not use any banking Pp. Nor can I use internet banking, since lloyds began demanding a lhone number for authentication. So if i want to access my account, I NEED branch access.
Even then, i still need to bring a recent letter from the bank with me, plus a passport, and even THEN, lloyds often refuse to let me do the most basic things with my account.
Without a bank branch, i will be keft without acceess to MY money.
