In the old WG I was paying. In the new WG someone else is paying. I want to let them know this info.
I am very confused between the ‘Wohnung Anmelden’ and ‘Wohnung Abmelden’ option. From the description, it seems ‘Wohnung Abmelden’ is the right formula for me. But it does not ask for my old address. ‘Wohnung Anmelden’ option does ask that, but does not ask for the Beitragnummer of the person who is paying in the new flat. I am very confused.
I have been paying extra for few months now. if you could help me I would be really grateful.

I hope you find a solution as far as possible and I don’t say that it shouldn’t happen here. And I don’t know how busy the GEZ people are or if they understand English, but I would call them and ask. I am not good with office stuff and I call people all the time to clarify things. It usually works out without problems.
