4. I mean… if your definition of breaking a ceasefire agreement is honest enough to include Russia breaking their own formal, unambiguous recognition of Ukraine’s universally accepted and unchallenged 1991 borders, then the question is answered with another question:

   How many shots have been fired by Russian invaders in Ukraine? How many sorties flown? How many bombs dropped and mines laid?

   How many steps have Russian forces taken across Ukrainian sovereign territory? How many Ukrainian civilian noncombatants have been killed or wounded? How many buildings destroyed? Lives shattered? Regular people tortured, murdered, driven from their homes as refugees?

   That’s how many times Putin has broken peace agreements with Ukraine. That many times.

19. You cannot make an agreement with a lair, it will be to your disadvantage, the only thing a lair respects is if you have a bigger stick than he has. Sadly the west will not invest in Ukraine unless there is long term stability. Zelensky knows that only a Nato guarantee or membership will bring prosperity, not a guarantee from another lair. The Ukrainian people have proven their worthiness, and deserve investment, however without security the country will revert to pre 2022 ,but with less infrastructure.
