  21. Kinda off putting some of the videos on here, I mean the sheer disregard for the value of a human life. In war you have to do it or it will be done to you, but in here just discussing CombatFootage, its just very… im not even sure.

    I understand a war started and waged by people above you which you have never met, as a soldier, consequently creates within you; despair and hatred for the enemy even if it did not exist before. But to understand that the person you are watching has lived a life as full, nuanced, complex as you, with perhaps as much love towards the little things in life and hatred towards other things such as you have, and to put music over the video in an attempt to make fun of the situation just, for me, indescribable.

    I fully understand this is psychological warfare towards/for the enemy, but damn does it ring distasteful. And this isn’t even the worst example of it that i have seen. Just my two cents.
