Do we have a location of where this occurred? Putin visited Kursk recently and stated that any Ukrainians captured there would not have protections of the Geneva Conventions and would be treated as terrorists. That means that this isn’t just a few bad Russian soldiers taking things too far. This is systemic and comes from the top. This is an actual crime against humanity.

With reports of Russians murdering Ukrainian Captives on the rise, I know I’d fight till the last bullet, reversing that one for myself if need be, before I’d get captured.

So, last week i found a video of Russians executing unarmed UA troops on some obscure site. It seemed recent – uploaded that week with snow and snow gear in the clip. I haven’t seen it here or anywhere else. I emailed T4PUA and bellingcat but haven’t heard back.
I’m thinking of uploading here just to get eyes on, but i’m not sure. Anyone have suggestions of who to report it to?
