Any nissan owners having problems with nissanconnect app?

Havent been able to log in now for about 10 days. Even reset password online at

and even though it allowed me to reset my password I cant even log in on the website with the new password. Customer service no reply for 7 days. Seems like a Norway problem because no mention of this on the Nissan or Leaf reddits
