  1. No studies on how this furthers the EPA’s mission? Sounds ripe for a lawsuit to get them to reinstate these.

  2. Being from New York, Lee should have no issue with large coal fired power stations resuming the SO2 emissions from the Ohio Valley into New York. Seems appropriate.
