I was too lazy to get at 6am to see the blood moon (lunar eclipse) this morning. Anyone take any cool photos to make me jealous.

  2. I saw it earlier – it’s funny, it looked exactly the same as when it’s overcast in the morning.

  10. I was up at 4:35am and did not see any blood moon, or moon of any colour. I literally put on my coat and slippers and went outside to get a good 360 view and nothing.

    (I didn’t get up this early on purpose – blame the cat)

  12. I start work at 6am,and when visible the moon has been red/orange all week, looked bigger also because it was near the horizon.

  13. Got up early specifically to see it. It was totally overcast.

  14. Yeah that’s it, ruin an epic photo by scribbling on it…it’s not like we needed an arrow to see the moon, it’s the only thing in the photo! 😠

  17. Everyday this week I have been up from 3am for work and then the day I am off and sleep in, I miss this!

    No discernible change in the sky at all.

  27. I was up at 4 with the dog. Moon looked pretty normal. Went back out at half 5 and it’d gone. Rubbish.

  29. It’s my birthday today, I had planned to get up to see the sunrise and tried to make it early enough to see the eclipse but missed it!
