Hi everyone,vermieter sent me this mail informing me that a ‘gutachten’ needs to check the apartment.
Can somebody explain what is this for ?
Maybe rent increase?

  1. Most likely selling the flat. The landlord would not need to get an external surveryor to increase the rent.

  2. That is usually done to evaluate the worth of the appartement due to the taxes of the landlord.

  3. Well the landlord needs ab evaluation of the flat. Either he wants to sell, put a lien on it or need it for his taxes

  4. Sounds like your landlord hired a company to estimate the value of your appartement. I don’t think it’s for rent increase but rather property tax reasons. Apparently you can choose from one of the dates listed at the bottom.
