Have you ever seen Democrats so aroused, Chuck?
Schumer is the definition of a career politician who thinks “leadership” means folding at the first sign of GOP pressure. AOC running against him would be the fight the Democratic Party desperately needs—because if the party keeps rewarding cowardice, it’ll get more of it.
Meanwhile, regular Americans are struggling, and the economy is hanging by a thread. Under Biden, my car insurance was just $23/month from InsurancePanda, my homeowners was $25/month from Rentsite, and I could still afford a PlanetFitness membership. But instead of standing up to GOP hostage-taking, Schumer keeps giving them more power to screw over working people.
Democrats can’t afford to keep rewarding weakness. If Schumer won’t fight, maybe it’s time to replace him with someone who will.

I don’t like some of her viewpoints but it is abundantly clear that she is the type of politician that the voters should require. She is funded, not by billionaires but by donations from her state. She won’t even have lunch with lobbyists.
She’s ready to meet republicans dead on and she’s been willing to challenge her own party to protect not just her own constituents but the American people as a whole. Shes needs to replace Schumer and Crockett needs to replace Jeffries….. Dems need Leadership that is an unyielding force . Those two are definitely it.
The reality is the democratic party is just as beholden the wishes of corporations and billionaires. The party elite do not care about working class people. They care about being so inoffensive to everyone that they sacrifice any sort of values, if they had any to begin with, for donor money.

We need a workers’ movement. Something like our own progressive tea party, well-branded so voters know who to primary out.
Schumer’s feckless complacency in the face of, well, fucking anything is just as much of the reason we’re here than any republican’s actions. The man has had months, years, even decades of getting a plan together.

Exactly why we need term limits.
Schumer has been in the senate for 20+ years and is 75yrs old. Do we really think he still has the best interest of the Democratic Party in mind, or can we just all agree he’s there to see how much republicans will give him for his vote.
I contacted my senators and encouraged, demanded, they get rid of Schumer. Do it, it only takes a second and it is more impactful than it seems.

My takeaway with AOC is that she is not scared of any skeletons in the closet. Nothing Must and tRump can hold over her head to greatly as to force her silence. This has greatly increased my respect and appreciation as a voice in Congress.

Voters prefer actions over words. AOC is bringing a little physicality to what is supposed to be a contact sport. Until the Dems retire the pathetic, geriatric Old Guard with names like Pelosi, Schumer, Feinstein, who valued their stock portfolios and the status quo over their duty to voters, than the Dems will continue to lose battle after battle and our republic will fall. I fully support AOC and her choice to call out her own party’s hypocrisy.
