>Condemning the incident and behaviour on X, Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown councillor Jim O’Leary said it was “pure wrong”.
> No IOF [Israeli Occupying Forces – a term used by some Palestinian activists for the IDF] soldier or agent of Zionism is welcome in Ireland and actionists have a duty to expose and confront them if an opportunity arises,” Seale said in a statement.
I feel like if she had a better justification, such as him being active IDF or showing support for the genocide, she would have said that.
We can’t just hold every Israeli responsible for what’s happening.
3 arse holes with nothing better to do.
Sadly many here will be cheering these two on.

I didn’t see the video. The spitting thing may or may not be crossing the line into criminality depending on if it landed. Assuming it didn’t, it’s still upsetting for the target, but I’m not sure what was “wrong” about it. The whole idea was to upset them and to send the message that IDF supporters are not welcome in Ireland.
Obviously it’s a very personal and uncomfortable protest to make. But doesn’t Zionism deserve it? The IDF have just finished massacring 10000 little kids in punishment because they can’t kill enough Hamas terrorists. I think anyone who supports the IDF and argues for Israel should be shown they are not welcome in Ireland.
The target of the protest chose to publicly support the IDF on Facebook. They have to expect some uncomfortable consequences. I would be on the side of the two protesters here.
Degenerated behaviour. You see the big difference in people behaviour in pro Israel rallies and pro palestinian rallies
It’s fine, I prefer Belfast anyways.
If you think this is bad, wait til you see what Israeli Military has done to Palestinian civilians.
Proud nation of paddystinians
This is abhorrent.
How did they know he was Israeli? I wouldn’t know an Israeli if I was sitting next to one. According to some people on x who were able to locate the socials. The green top seems to be an actor? And the beanie head allegedly, is unemployed and used to work for amnesty international. She put up posts celebrating the October 7th slaughter.
It’s just very odd, were they tracking the victim? Or is it pure coincidence two batshit activists happened to be in the same restaurant as an Israeli tourist? It’s just weird MM met with an Israeli lobby today, paddy’s weekend where the world basically celebrates and now this. Maybe I’m thinking too much of it.
I’d rather be spat on than shot at by an israeli tank or be leveled by an airstrike I didnt even see coming I have to say.
Probably someone on this sub
Absolute gobshites. Not all Israelis are Zionists.
