Greetings, I am a medical student from Poland and I plan to move to Norway after finishing my degree. I regularly visit [legejobber.no](https://legejobber.no), where you can find job offers for doctors, what is interesting is that I never saw a job offer for a Gastroenterologist. My question is: is it possible to go into this residency only AFTER completing indremedisin residency? Or maybe are they combined? Any help would welcommed.

In Norway gastroenterology is a further specialization that you can take after completing your education in internal medicine or surgery.
