If the U.S. had true interest in aiding the repatriation of these “children”, why is money being outsourced (funneled) to a private institution and not using the vast network of established, already-being-paid-for FBI/CIA/MIC/Political intel to find and reunite said kids. Something smells of corruption under the guise of altruistic benevolence.
