  1. Partially True. Trumps tax cuts for the rich in his first term increased the deficit with no spending cuts. Biden increased the SS payouts and Medicare payouts during his term with no increased funds coming in. There’s like six people in congress that actually care about deficit spending that is the problem.

    The second? Nobody has ever paid their fair share of taxes. Everybody, at least in the US, has paid what they owe.
