They are looking at keeping government deficit the same, except instead of spending it building infrastructure, they are spending it by giving tax cuts to the most powerful and least deserving so they can consolidate their power even more.

    Money and power are synonymous at that level and we need to decide as a society that it is not good for society for so much private power to be in the hands of so few people who only have their own interests at heart.

  12. Saudie Arabia and the UAE both are building infrastructure to rely on renewable energy. By 2030, both countries will supply half their energy needs from solar alone.

    Where are they getting the money to build this infrastructure?

    From selling oil.

    Meanwhile, in the USA, we are revitalizing our fossil fuel dependency, while dismantling our renewable infrastructure.

  18. Look, fact is anyone rallying against clean energy is on the take from the oil companies, period. It’s not sensible, it’s not intelligent, it’s not good for the people, the companies etc. It’s only good for the multi trillion dollar gas and oil industries that have amassed more money than any other business on the planet. They have a limited time to keep making money off the blood of the earth and so they are doing everything to slow it down.

    If they are against clean energy then don’t fucking vote for them anymore. We need these greedy morons out of office before we are all burning on a big ball of toxic waste.

  27. I don’t get it. Tesla wants to expand. Trumps want do dismantle anything to do with clean energy. Ripped out all the federal EV charging ports so the only place you can charge an EV is at home. Have they got some scam going?
