It would have applied to roughly a third of the methane emissions that come from oil and gas infrastructure in the U.S. and diverted 1.2 metric tons of methane through 2035 — the equivalent of taking nearly 8 million gas-powered cars offline for a year.”

2. Trump Guarantees his failure as President.

3. When I read this I thought it said “reveals” and not repeals. I reread because I thought “no fucking way”

   Indeed, no fucking way, I read it wrong. Sad!

4. Presidents can’t ‘repeal’ legislation. Sounds like a court will block the move.
