The next equinox will be the March Equinox, which occurs on March 20, 2025. This marks the official beginning of spring in the Northern Hemisphere and autumn in the Southern Hemisphere.
Also note: yon clocks go forward on March 30th at 1am (which thus becomes 2am).
…On second thoughts the OP could be spot on, as the Equilux (same amount of sun and darkness) not the Equniox, date is forecast to be 17th March 2025 for 54-55oN locations.

I think it is a blackthorn.
My uncle would say …If the blackthorn are out early the summer is to be good and if late is a bad summer.
It’s been a very odd spring. Usually I am fishing rivers in high water levels (1.5meters) but this year we are at .5meters and early summer water temps.
