I want to go(only been once before), but got a surgery next week, and need to recover.
Nope, wanted to go initially but to much Covid in circulation atm to spend a day in a hall (big as it is) with a lot of people and no mandatory masks.
Social distancing at facts is… Impossible without a limit on the amount of visitors and people are too dumb to stay at home when they feel sick.
Most of the merch on sale can be bought cheaper online, only missing out on Dany Trejo, would have been a cool Q&A.

What’s Facts like nowadays? I used to frequent it since the early days but it’s been a couple of years now. It kept feeling more and more crowded and more and more stuff-you-can-buy-cheaper-elsewhere with not much extra.

before covid, I went pretty often. always came back with convention flu afterwards.
considering the current covid rules and numbers, I’m not taking this risk level just yet.

I went for the past 10 years, along with my kids from when they were 6 months old. But since covid I passed and the price tag is getting insanely higher with each edition. Also as others mentioned, the prices are cheaper on the web or in retail for the stuff they sell. For the real cosplayers this is still heaven and very understandable.
Nevertheless I am kinda sad to miss out on passing by your company. I have been occasionally reading up on your program and it’s very interesting. It will be put in my steam wishlist. One question tho, is there a pirate theme or ship theme included? I’m making a small d&d game about pirates for my kids at work and your program would make things a lot easier!
