Trump vows further action as US trading partners hit back at steel and aluminium tariffs
A new, 25 percent import tax on all steel and aluminium coming into the United States has taken effect, drawing swift retaliatory measures from Canada and the European Union. Donald Trump warned of a further response. Sweeping metal tariffs imposed during Trump’s first term did have some positive impact on the US steel and aluminium industries but negatively affected other sectors downstream. Plus, US inflation in February cooled slightly.

The hatred of the anti globalist American President Trump is on full display….when Europe imposed tariffs on Chinese EVs where was the uproar…where was it for Russia when it did the same…where is the elbows up when Canada historically and consistently charges high tariffs on American products…the globalists, the leftists, progressives can't stand for a sovereign and independent nation like the U.S.A. to stand up for itself…American Stong /American Pride!

What did trump expect? Countries will of course reciprocate with any tariffs imposed. Bullying tactics are trumps way of dealing with everything.
I think the main reason for all tariffs towards EU is communication. Donald won’t understand a single word what these EU leaders are saying.
