  2. Sensationalism. She wasn’t even twice the limit for cocaine in blood. I’m not even sure how other parent realised she was “so high”. She was just “high”. She deserved to lose her license but the story is bullshit.

  3. You will be surprised how many of the parents you do the school run with are high on coke. From my experience the more middle class the area the more coke being consumed. I used to know a dealer who would see a large portion of his clients at the school gates when picking up his daughter. Used to go through some very nice areas and he would point out the houses he was dealing too.

    Cocaine is far more normalised than people would like to admit.

  10. I took my kid to school really hungover in a hurry one time after a wild night, and everyone was looking at me funny and i was all like fuck off, when i got home and saw myself in the mirror i had gene simmons kiss make up on but it was all smudged lol

    A gram is ~£80 these days. She can afford that then she can afford the fine.

  16. I knew somebody that went to a very expensive rehab clinic, cost about £5,000 per week, this was due to a drinking problem. She said that it wasn’t full of alcoholics as one might imagine but was full of middle and upper class cocaine addicts, who were much worse for wear. They mostly go for an injection that blocks the effects of withdrawal, it takes about 3 weeks to pass the point where the body’s craving subsides to a managable level when the injection wears off.
