1. Interesting. I knew grass-fed beef is among the worst foods in terms of environment, but I wouldn’t have though it’d be as bad as crop-fed beef.

2. Did someone claim grass fed was better for the planet?

3. That’s not why I prefer grass fed. It tastes better, has a better nutritional profile, and it’s a less expensive way to raise beef.

5. Grass fed has nothing to do with the environment. The idea is that the lipid profile of the meat is better.
