See on kõige selgem vene propa narratiiv sõja algusest, justkui Ukraina, Poola ja nüüd ka Eesti “natsid” kiusaksid teise nahavärviga inimesi, kes põgenevad. Kusjuures propaganda tegijad muidugi teavad, et Poola ja Eesti politsei immigratsiooni üksikuid juhtumeid üldjuhul ei kommenteeri, seega saab suht vabalt tegutseda ja rääkida mida iganes.
Visa and immigration laws are made according person citizenship, not according where they came from. If you are citizen of country, that needs visa to enter Estonia, then guess what, you need visa to enter Estonia. Non-Ukraine citizens can go back home, Ukraine citizens can not go back home.
If they were *permanent residents* of Ukraine (or had received protection as refugees from Ukraine), according to what I know, they get the same privileges which were given to Ukrainian citizens.
If they only had a visa, bad luck – they will have to go through the ordinary (slow and complicated) process, or must return to their home countries.
P.S. Also, since the OP seems to have posted this on a dozen subreddits, which could indicate that they are “campaigning” (that is, not communicating in good faith), I will now post a clarification in every thread where they posted about this, and some which other people posted (probably in good faith, since they posted only once).
