  1. > On 7 December 1941, Reichsführer-SS Heinrich Himmler issued the following instructions to the Gestapo:

    > […] it is the will of the Führer that the measures taken against those who are guilty of offenses against the Reich or against the occupation forces in occupied areas should be altered. […] An effective and lasting deterrent can be achieved only by the death penalty or by *taking measures which will leave the family and the population uncertain as to the fate of the offender. Deportation […] serves this purpose.*

  2. “a Venezuelan migrant who was detained by ICE under the Alien Enemies Act, alleging his tattoos are gang related.”

    So fucked up.

  3. >”Our client worked in the arts in Venezuela. He is LGBTQ. His tattoos are benign. But ICE submitted photos of his tattoos as evidence he is Tren de Aragua,”

Gee, what a surprise. All undesirables are going to be shipped to labor camps in El Salvador now, don’t be surprised if they start photo shopping tattoos on people for photos.

  4. So hundreds of officers in a weeklong raid and arrested 48 people?

If that math keep up then how can they reach millions and millions of deportation? No wonder they are all ballistic lately.

  5. Look at the comments under the Twitter post. Fucking insane racist pieces of shit

  6. Judge needs to haul those lawyers who refused to answer his questions today back into court tomorrow, hold them in contempt, and lock them in jail for the rest of the week. Same with Trump’s “border Czar.”

  7. If we make it out the other end of this daily living nightmare. Everyone associated with this regime, bypassing laws and stripping freedoms from those here entitled to them should be dispatched.

  8. Being a Latino with tattoos is unacceptable in the US. This is just how it is. Plenty of Americans are happy to justify someone’s murder at the hands of police if they’re dressed a certain way, wear their hair a certain way, etc. Unless you’re a conservative-coded white guy with a Punisher skull, Crusader Cross, or some sort of Nordic or Celtic symbol on your body, your tattoos will always be associated with crime or degeneracy. This is just white supremacy at its core.

  9. Ah finally your guys’ turn to experience how the world-famous CIA “regime change” feels like.

How does it feel to have your new administration “disappear” people for “national security” during its turbulent “transition period”?

  10. Remember, they always start with the low-hanging fruits. If they get away with it, they won’t stop there.

  11. Not even a little bit shocked by these civil rights violations.

  12. Yea well i won’t comme in the U.S., ever again.

Next Time i come it will be to wage a fucking war.

Winter is coming, from the North.

  13. It’s started folks. What are we gonna do about it?

  14. It seems like Trump’s use of the Alien Enemies Act is more about disappearing due process than actual enemies.

  15. In Hong Kong, they showed you what courage looks like; a personal take, from Canada: They could not ‘win’ against the Chinese government, but the people in Hong Kong flooded the streets and forced the CCP into more daylight. In Hong Kong -based on my experience with many friends from there- they are aware of the [Tiananmen Square massacre](https://youtu.be/Zs-5nNtm-mo ). They knew they could not ‘win’, and they were aware of how much they could lose. Yet, they stood defiantly, en masse, and dared Xi to use lethal force. Why? Because they would’ve sacrificed their lives to force the CCP to acknowledge that the Tiananmen square massacre happened.

The CCP would have to answer to the world for the Hong Kong Massacre; and for the first time, they would have to answer to 1.4 billion citizens of the PRC. This would have destroyed the CCP. Imagine the courage it would take to commit to that.

With a million people in European streets at the drop of a heinous or corrupt act by their governments, I use the Hong Kong example, specifically, because in the USA, you guys have all the power to change your government with a thoughtful and educated vote. In the USA, a tyrannical government is supposed to be scared of YOU! That’s literally what you claim to have invented, for fuck sakes. But you are squandering it. You have already let tyrants into your government, and they are eviscerating your constitution, in front of the world. And your streets are empty.

You have more control than the people of Hong Kong could ever hope for, and they still risked everything to show up and demand more from an authoritarian government. At this rate, you guys are going to lose everything because you stayed home.

  16. He was not “disappeared” , we know exactly where he is. Not agreeing with the lack of due process etc, but when you use hyperbole folks are more likely to disbelieve your valid arguments.
“,Disappearing” someone is when you secretly murder or hold a person so that from the outside you “,disappeared”. Way worse than being arrested and deported without due process.

I do expect that they will start disappearing folks, so you don’t want to cry wolf. Make that arguement and more people will connect the dots down the slope to actual disappearings.

  17. Is “disappeared” the latest buzzword for “returned home”?

Is it somehow supposed to make me afraid?
