The New Zealand government has extended the sanctions against Russia, imposed due to its aggression against Ukraine, until March 17, 2028. Sanctions have been imposed on 400 Russian companies, 20 financial institutions, including the Bank of Russia, and have affected more than 1,800 Russians.
