1. The only wrinkle is that badly or cheaply made LED light bulbs have flickering and pulsing, and they’re more expensive. It’s still worth it if you find a good brand and model.

2. This has been common knowledge for over a decade. What amazes me is that we still need articles like this to educate those who fought so hard against change or have refused to see the simple evidence.
