  21. I hate to inform the fine people at *checks notes* the State Department, but in order to negotiate anything in a war, you need the agreement of both the belligerent parties.

  23. It would not surprise me if the call went something like “don’t strike the remaining power infrastructure in Ukraine, clearly pinpointed on this map”. Trump is a fucking moron and the rest of his fascist crew are happy to sacrifice Ukraine for a small profit.

  24. Russia rarely hits energy infrastructure – partly because much of Ukraine’s energy infrastructure is nuclear, it usually attacks civilian infrastucture since it’s seeking a genocide anyway. Ukraine usually attacks military structures and oil/ammo depots anyway.

    It’s completely insane – and another show of Trump’s complete sociopathy to show what he really considers valuable – that he give the Kremlin a ceasefire that protects money, but not people; indeed the only thing slowing Putin down right now is money.
