Interest to see councils in England getting 4 times as much money as Stormont with significantly less remit.

i think that welfare bill includes the state pension also, depending on were you fetch yer numbers and including pension credit winter fuel etc its around 142b, they dont often separate it for some reason. like they do for the private sector one there.

Housing at £12bn seems weak, considering the Uk is heading for 72m by 2030.
Considering France (around the same currently) will only reach 67m by 2030.
Damn they abolished NHS England which would save them 181 billion.
