Mykhailo shared his own system of survival and urged people to speak out about the atrocities in Taganrog.

  10. There needs to be accountability as a part of any peace deal. Russia must be forced to investigate and punish war criminals in their midst, and the most severe offenders need to be turned over to Ukraine or an international tribunal for trial.
