MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – The 2025 entertainment schedule was announced on Tuesday for this year’s Watertown Riverfest Celebration.
The festival, which runs from August 7-10, will have a variety of performances that organizers say will appeal to everyone.
Eli Young Band, FireHouse and All-4-One are among several entertainers that will perform.
On opening night, organizers said The Pop 2000 Tour, featuring All-4-One, O-Town, and Tyler Hilton will headline.
“The number of hits coming out of our Thursday night entertainment is incredible,” said Riverfest Marketing Director Robin Kaufmann. “The audience will be singing along to all of those recognizable tunes.”
Opening day will feature a happy hour with drink specials and music from 4 p.m.-5p.m.
At the end of Happy Hour, SuperTuesday will take the stage, and guests will be able to enjoy pop, country and rock hits. Pop 2000 Tour will take the stage at 7p.m.
Friday night will kick off with a happy hour at 4 p.m. with ARRA. FireHouse will headline that night with songs like “Love of a Lifetime” and “When I look into your eyes.” Riverfest’s Fireworks Laser Light School Show Spectacular will wrap up the second night.
Starting at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Milwaukee radio personality DZ, who is the in-game host of the Milwaukee Bucks, will be playing some tunes for the Milwaukee Bucks Rim Rockers. This team performs all around and will amaze crowds with the high trampoline dunking.
“We can’t wait to welcome DZ to Watertown,” stated Kaufmann. “He could hold the stage all on his own, but joining up with the Milwaukee Bucks Rim Rockers is going to be a festival highlight for families.”
Later on Saturday, Cold Sweat and the Brew City Horns will perform at 3:30 p.m. They will be followed by the Eliminator, a Tribute to ZZ Top, who will perform at 6 p.m.
Saturday night will be a big night for country fans as Eli Young Band will be the headline. Organizers said they will have audience members swooning as the band perform favorites like “Crazy Girl, “Even if it breaks your heart” and Drunk Last night.”
On the final day of the festival, Generation Z will open at 12 p.m. They will be arousing crowds with their high energy while they perform a mix of classic rock, Motown and contemporary pop music. The festival will wrap with The Beat Goes On with Lisa McClowry as Cher at 3 p.m.
Along with entertainers, the festival will also have carnival midway, craft fair, car show and different food options.
The event is free, and organizers encourage Wisconsinites to stay up to date with the full schedule on watertownriverfest.com
