LANDMINE CONVENTION

NATO members Poland, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia plan to
withdraw from the Ottawa convention banning anti-personnel
landmines due to the military threat from their neighbour
Russia, the four countries said on Tuesday.

DEBT

On Wednesday at 1100, the state-owned Bank Gospodarstwa
Krajowego (BGK) will hold a bond auction.

WIND FARMS

The Polish government is set to adopt a liberalization of
wind farm location rules by the end of the week. The law will
allow for the construction of new wind farms by 2030 and the
modernization of old wind turbines, the Rzeczpospolita daily
reported.

PKO BP

Since mid-January, the shares of PKO BP, the
largest Polish bank, have been rising sharply. Their price has
exceeded 80 zlotys ($20.89) per share for the first time ever,
and the value of the entire bank has reached 100 billion zlotys
($26.12 billion), Rzeczpospolita daily reported.

DOM DEVELOPMENT

In 2024, Dom Development, one of the largest
Polish development companies, sold a record 4,269 apartments, 9%
more than a year earlier, Puls Biznesu daily reported.
