Wyndham Hotels & Resorts Strengthens Global Footprint with Landmark Expansion Across EMEA in 2024

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, the world’s largest hotel franchising company, continues to accelerate its growth across Europe, the Middle East, Eurasia, and Africa (EMEA) in 2024. With an expansive portfolio of 25 global brands and approximately 9,300 hotels, the company executed 83 contracts and launched over 50 new hotels, adding more than 6,400 rooms in key markets such as France, India, Spain, Türkiye, and Portugal.

Wyndham’s global development pipeline reached a record 252,000 rooms, reflecting a 5% year-over-year increase. The EMEA region also achieved an impressive 10% rise in revenue per available room (RevPAR). Rooted in its Owner First™ approach to franchising, Wyndham continues to reinforce its reputation as a trusted partner for franchisees. With these latest additions, Wyndham’s footprint in EMEA now includes around 680 hotels, representing approximately 93,000 rooms. This expansion includes 14 properties in Saudi Arabia and 23 in the United Arab Emirates.

Türkiye: A Dominant Player in the Hospitality Landscape

As the largest international hotel company in Türkiye, Wyndham boasts around 120 properties across 40+ cities. With Türkiye projecting over 70 million international visitors in 2025, the company is well-positioned to capitalize on this tourism boom. Key 2024 openings include:
