  11. I don’t understand the concept. Trump and Putin had a talk. For sure, they need at least 2 more talks: one of US with Ukraine for agreement of the specific time, and one of the US with Russia to confirm the agreement is in place. And if Trump and Putin had only agreed on stopping shooting without a specific time, they need even more talks. Putin “giving orders immediately” makes no sense to me.

  13. The west is so desperate for this war to end that they have resorted to fairytales about this ceasefire being legitimate and peace being just around the corner. These narcissists think they can just invent a narrative and it’ll become reality.

    Here in Aus our local news reported that Putin had accepted the ceasefire when really he said he’d be open to it if he got his way on everything and Ukraine not only got nothing but would actively suffer as a result of the ceasefire.
