    You could legit direct and produce 3 whole new seasons of the Wire from all of this

    – We dont even possess such a thing, you filthy, disgusting liars. Anyone who spreads these lies will be prosecuted

    – Minister of inner affairs Ivica Dacic: “We actually do have it but it’s stored unpacked in storage room”

    – Next day: “It is unpacked but we would never use it”

    – Next day: “Yes we use it but only as a speaker so we can warn citizens”

    – Next day: Marinika, the left opposition got ahold of documents that MUP officially ordered 16 of these, two different types.

    – Same day: Videos and images of our police using it surface.

    This is not a comedy movie, it is actual, legitimate events lol

  4. Someone with know-how could geolocate that picture and the video where the people part down the street. My guess is that car with the sound cannon is parked around the front of where the people were hit by that sound cannon.

  15. I don’t know how often this weapon was used in history, but this was a clear demonstration on how effective it is.
    As it is basically a loudspeaker, the sound can vary a lot.
    Is it documented whether the noise was very high and ear-piercing, or very deep and felt in the body?

  38. There is a video on youtube that shows how to defeat it. Basically turn a riot shield the opposite direction and walk towards it and it will send the sound wave back to the sender. Would be a good idea to have ear protection too.
