  2. By that they mean the Ukrainians have attacked the base three times in a relatively short time span, not that they attacked it multiple times at once to kill emergency responders like the ruzzians often do.

  6. That is a disingenuous title. They did not triple tap Engel base. That insinuates the Ukrainians are doing what the Russian are doing when they wait for emergency responder to come in and they attack them again. This is not that.
