Moi! I brought back the holy trinity of Finnish light roasted coffee as a souvenir from Finland. What would you say is the ranking here?

  1. Crap, crappier, crappiest. Buy some decent coffee next time.

  2. The top three reasons I almost always decline an offer of coffee because I love coffee

  3. Due to health reasons I usually drink decaf in the uk, when in Finland I drink juhla mokka, as it’s super light

  4. Everyone’s roasting you for your coffee choices but those are fine lol, as long as you put enough milk in

Personally Presidentti > Kulta-Katriina > Juhla Mokka, but something like Löfbergs is better than all three

  5. Presidentti > Juhla Mokka > Kulta Katriina. All good coffee unless you’re a dumb hipster.

  6. Presidentti is the only drinkeable of those three. Juhla Mokka is awful and if you drink Kulta Katriina you might as well drink sewer water.

Löfbergs ans Nordqvists all the way!

  7. I love the finnish extra light roast. I normally do V60 and lighter roasts work great for that. There is also a reason, why finnish coffee is so light roasted – our water is of so good quality that the roast can be lighter. That is what I read anyway, but I believe it to be true.
Presidentti > Juhla Mokka > Kulta Katriina

  8. I just love Löfbergs Magnifika, it is around the same price range I think.

  9. Juhla Mokka>Kulta Katriina>Presidentti

Of these three I buy only JM and KK.

  10. Paulig Brazil is the best. Just bought 25 packets before this upcoming price hike. The ones you have bought are the worst of the worst for my taste buds, but it’s all about tastes and preferences. Go with what you think tastes best.

  11. If you drink finnish branded coffee, then it tastes like tea unless you put tons of tons coffee and little water. Try to avoid these brands. They like it because they do not know any better

You can go to Lidl and buy some other country coffee brands, that might be much better, even 2e coffee package in Lild tastes much better

There are some italian brands you can also try, there was a red package italian coffee brand (I do not remember name) but it is good.

You have two cent of my honest opinion here. Avoid those finnish brands

  12. Best coffee is the one that’s free, cheap is second best.
