The California Science Center IMAX Theater will host the West Coast premiere of Superhuman Body 3D on Saturday, March 29, 2025. Narrated by Academy Award® winner Matthew McConaughey, this new giant screen experience offers audiences an in-depth look into the human body’s inner workings and groundbreaking medical innovations that are revolutionizing healthcare.

Superhuman Body 3D highlights inspiring stories of individuals whose lives have been transformed by medical advancements. Viewers will meet Ty Duckett, an adaptive athlete thriving with an above-the-knee prosthetic, James Garrett, whose heart condition was treated with a state-of-the-art artificial valve, and Emily Whitehead, a leukemia survivor thanks to CAR T-cell therapy.

The film also showcases leading scientists behind these innovations, including Dr. Carl June, a pioneer of CAR T-cell therapy, Dr. Ayanna Howard, a robotics expert advancing medical technology, and Dr. Hugh Herr, an MIT professor developing bionic limbs and prosthetics.
