  1. I think the dialog and bad pacing ruined it, but fine.

  2. The marketing totally missed the vibe. ‘Jennifer’s Body’ could’ve been a cult classic from the start if they didn’t make it look like just another ‘hot girl kills boys’ movie.

  3. Every bad movie from the past is not some secret classic that critics and fans missed out on.  Some things sucked in their time and still suck lol.

The whole “Jennifer’s body wasn’t that bad bro” movement the last few years is corny as fuck

  4. I quite enjoyed the movie, the issue was Megan Fox not having the comedy skills to pull off the lead role. Like Robert Pattinson in Mickey 17, she was cast for her good looks and fan base. They were both serviceable in the parts, but you can’t help wondering what a more versatile actor could have done with the characters instead of quasi movie stars.

  5. It was that “Hell Yes” poster.

So embarrassing. Made it look like it was Bedazzled or……something.

  6. Idk i still saw it in theaters and thought it sucked

Edit: it was poorly acted, the dialogue was shit, the whole selling point was “Meghan Fox is hot” and that didnt hold me for a feature length film even if when I was 15

  7. The marketing was “Amanda and Megan make out in this movie”

  8. She’s not wrong. The marketing wasn’t great. But in that era of Megan Fox’s career I’d watch her play yugioh cards for an hour idfc

  9. Yeah I agree. It’s a surprisingly a good movie and most of the marketing was just

    *Megan Fox is… hot!*

  10. I never watched it and it was entirely based on the marketing. I didn’t want to see a “Megan Fox is hot” movie. Is it actually worth a watch?

  11. I was confused about why she’s commenting about a movie from 2009, lol. But I see they’re making a sequel. I have very low expectations.

  12. It did. I only recently saw this movie and absolutely loved it. The marketing did this movie so dirty.

  13. Amanda seyfried’s opinion stories, so hot right now.

  14. The death of so many great genre films. Gladly this one has endured to an extent.

  15. Man, I heard her on NPR like 4 days ago and suddenly everybody cares what Amanda Seyfried thinks. Why? Is her new show that popular? Idek what streaming service it’s on.

  16. What if, and hear me out. Diablo Cody isn’t a good writer? Like everyone else involved is great and their greatness carries some pretty bad writing as far as it can go.

  17. >reserved dweeb Anita “Needy” Lesnicki (Seyfried).

Casting director: someone get me a list of models who can act!
