If Reeves can look at the current state of Birmingham and say with a straight face “we’re cutting your funding further” we might as well set up a Simpsons Movie style dome around the city. Seeing images of their streets since the bin strikes makes me feel queasy, and goodness knows how bad it must smell.
How did voting Labour work out for you? 🤡🤡🤡
So much for community.
The one thing people actually want their councils to do, their primary task to most people….
Empty the bins.
Labour are facing big problems that Trump will soon face. We are nearing a year of them being in power and things are getting worse with no signs of it getting better before the next election. 14 years in opposition, 14 years to come up with viable plans and all they can do is austerity but worse
The local cats might have something to say about this comparison.
People are just sick of councils wanting to get involved in non council issues just do your job ROADS, RUBBISH, RATES.
I don’t live in Birmingham but out of interest is their refuse collection service run in-house or by a contractor as is the case with other councils ?
