5. tsla’s losses by any vandalism will be paid for **by us, the Citizens of the US.** The TRIA or Terrorism Risk Insurance Act passed in 2002 forced insurers to cover ‘acts of terrorism’ at which point the US government will pay 80 PERCENT of losses. But it needs to be defined as terrorism.
