It’s almost like fad diets are not sustainable long term lol
I mean technically speaking a Carbonara, caveat being its made the traditional way (I.e not with copious amounts of parmesan, no heavy cream bs, and enough bacon to give the average human IBS for weeks unend) is actually healthy-ish, kinda, sort of. I mean yeah it’s not great by any stretch health wise but it’s still x10 times better for you than the modern bs take on a ‘Carbonara’.
Was it 2019 when they started pushing the veganuary thing?
Lines up with the pandemic. I sure as hell was comfort eating as much dough as possible
Pandemic happened, and people realized life’s too short to not enjoy comfort food.
