Third day of resistance against Erdogan regime in London by turkish__cowboy Tags:LondonUnited Kingdom 6 comments Just curious why it’s not at the Turkish embassy? The worst area I’ve been to in Turkey is Toronto Interesting how we use the word regime selectively. Why haven’t we yet used the word Trump regime? Or Netenyahu regime? Or Zelenskyy regime? Language matters. It’s how we convince ourselves who are the good guys and who are the bad guys. Often, it’s actually just who are _our_ guys, and who are _their_ guys. This isn’t Turkey. Go protest there. Easy to resist Erdogan when you’re not in Turkey, I guess. Erdogan must be trembling. Comments are closed.
