  1. >“That’s what I did this morning,” De Niro told Cohen. “‘Ms. Rachel,’ ‘The Wiggles,’ ‘Blippi.’ ‘The Wiggles’ are sort of cheap, but ‘Ms. Rachel,’ we started with it and still stay with it.” According to De Niro, his daughter’s (with girlfriend Tiffany Chen) taste is becoming more refined the more “Ms. Rachel” she watches.

    >“Now she’s becoming more discerning, because she’s seen it so many times,” De Niro added. “We’re waiting for new episodes, new skits, new songs: she goes ‘Okay, next.’ She’ll go ‘No, no, no. Next.’ She wants me to switch to something else.”

  2. Wait until you start memorising every Ms Rachel song Mr De Niro. Then your tune will change

  3. She will cherish these times when she’s 10 and he’s barely coherent

  4. Given his age, eventually their cognitive functioning should align.

  5. He should check out story bots, masha and the bear, and bluey

  6. Seems cruel to bring a child into the world knowing they won’t have a father for most of it

  7. As long as it’s not Ms Carly and that farking fire truck song.
    Ooweoo ooweoo 🤪

  8. My now 1 year old niece is addicted to Ms Rachel.

Almost every time she wakes from her naps she will look at the first person she sees and say “Uhh Oh!”.

Crawling on the floor/bed and picks up a toy? “Uhh Oh!” Playing with her toys on my bed, she tosses one off to the floor? Turns and looks dead at me: Uhh Oh!

*repeats this until every toy she could grab is on the floor*

When I’m taking care of her I like to line a few of her toys on a low shelf. She is now able to reach the shelf by standing up (using us or the wall as support).
She will reach up and grab every single toy, toss them behind her to the floor, then turns to look at me: Uhh Oh!

  9. My niece likes Ms Rachel, it’s pretty good children education tv but like all things keep screen time limited as possible

  10. Wake up in middle of night with Ms Rachel songs in my head.

  11. Does he also have play date with Al Pacino and his kid ? Do they all change their nappies together during the play date ? Oh so many questions

  12. Ms Rachel seems like a professional educator. Blippi seems like an uneducated random guy winging it.

  13. I would suffer through 12 straight hours of Ms Rachel to avoid 3 minutes of Blippi. I would however watch 12 straight hours of bluey because it’s flat out amazing and i genuinely love it. Father of 3, can’t wait until my littlest is past all this knowing full well I’ll miss it on some weird level.
