This will probably be their best selling card by some margin.
For those who *value* their mum.
My mum would be happy with a card written on the back of a cornflake box or just a phone call. Our relationship isn’t based on how much a card costs. And she would appreciate the joke.
It’s next week.
You nearly killed me.
It’s more of a joke thing and some mum’s would get it if you have that sense of humour don’t think anyone would buy it to be malicious
Relationship with mum is almost non existent, it’s pretty difficult finding a card that doesn’t say how wonderful she is – although even I am not heartless enough to get that for her
Never matter how expensive or fancy my cards were to my mother, they were never good enough.
But my sisters used to give her cheap cards and she loved them.
Every little helps I guess
I adore my Mum and I got her this card. I’d rather make her laugh than give her some horrific floral thing that has ‘Mum, you’re brilliant – that much is true. Today is for letting me look after you’ printed in it. And I’ll sellotape the remaining 50p to the inside of the card, so she’ll be delighted.
It’s almost as good as a Tesco Value Christmas jumper.
Coincidentally my favourite memory of my mum being driven to Tesco in the middle of the night for reduced food and whatever cigs and booze we could carry back
Might grab this gift card for my Nan due to her actually being awesome
>!fuck me 20+ years ago, this is bringing up some memories !<
Although mine doesn’t seem to, some mums have a sense of humour. I’d be amused if my kids got me that.
Didn’t they stop doing the value range in 2012? 😀
It the thought what counts
My mum would love this. She hates me spending money on her 😂
Is that a 50p sticker or printed right on the front?
Thanks, i can screenshot this and send it to her on the day.
Best sent 1st class mail, with no stamp.
I am getting this and sending it to my mum.
She will laugh her arse off.
Aw man. I already bought one with an outright lie about her being the best mum on it.
If my mum were alive and I got that, she’d have a go at me for anachronistic humour.
Nah that’s a great card, my mum would take it well.
Is it actually 50p? Or is that part of the card?
There used to be a website with loads of these.
Tesco Value was phased out 10+ years ago and I still miss it.
When I want a cheap ready meal, a can of beans or budget coke. I dont want to pay extra for the box. Just give me the food at the lowest possible price, whilst keeping it edible.
Is this real from Tesco?
It’s clear tesco is in on the joke with this card. Many middle/upper middle class kids will buy this for mother and feel edgy in the process
