To my Greek ears, Slavic languages are the absolute worst.
So many consonants, so many sh and zh sounds, so many words that end in yucky consonants like k. I know these are not unique to Slavic languages, but Slavic languages have them all at once ad multiplied times ten.
German and Dutch are perfectly fine.
Dutch isn’t a real language though. That’s why we focus on German.
