  9. Let’s rip the mask off this nonsense. The article gives us two photos: one labelled “John”, the other “Chleo”. Same face. Same expression. Same body. And yes — the “Chleo” photo still has a moustache. We’re supposed to believe this is a transition? No effort, no sincerity, just a rebrand slapped on to manipulate the system.

    He walked into a toilet with a camera to record men in their most private moments. That’s not confusion. That’s calculated, predatory behaviour.

    And yet the judge serves up this sanctimonious guff about “emotional vulnerability” and “custody being difficult.” Difficult? That’s the bloody point. You violate people’s privacy in such a grotesque way and you’re worried about how he will cope in prison? Try worrying about the men he filmed. Try imagining what it feels like to realise someone’s been recording you while you’re mid-piss, then reading the paper the next day and being told he’s the victim.

    The only transformation here was linguistic. A pervert became a “she”, then suddenly became a figure of sympathy.
