  1. I disagree entirely. The fact that McGregor feels emboldened to run for president has more to do with support and exposure from high-profile grifters than anything happening in Irish society where he is largely disliked and even ridiculed.

I just want to point out that Trump won term 1 by using Cambridge Analytica Techniques, it was seen as rigging the election (but not illegal) in the term 2 election campaign there was no mention of this ( perhaps because he had even more of a control of the media). I have been wondering why it is Putin and his puppet Trump have been platforming McG..like what is their plans for their Irish (by technicality) pawn? But if they do what Trump did to win – use Cambridge Analytica brainwashing tactics then…… Then who knows ……… I feel like Putin is gearing up to make a play for us, feels like there is a lot of things in line. We all need to have our wits about us in what messaging we hear around us and how we handle that.
