  19. Wasn’t there a two seater prop plane that had a proper gun mount for 360 shooting?
    I know there was one with a dedicated backwards machine gun… But I believe that was a Japanese plane.

    Either way, if this is already effective, it would be good to get them some proper stuff.

  31. no point in sending out a modern jet if a much cheaper to operate propeller plane will do the job just fine. now time to strap AAM’s on this thing!

  32. UAVs are slow and cheap af. It’s just cheaper to get a propeller like this to do the work rather than wasting precious AA missiles or a fast moving jet.

    With US stopping Ukraine’s funds, each and every resource has to be used judiciously. If it works, it works.

  41. it can fly over the target and drop a net. And one can carry multiple nets. And a weight. I know it’s cartoonish but might be the cheapest and also ensure it gets down exactly where net caught it
