Down there is a lamb with a banner, that says:
Psalm 34,15:
“The eyes of Yahweh are toward the righteous, and his ears toward their cry for help.”
I feel like there is an interesting story behind why you have a 300 yr old Bible from Germany lying around.
It says that it’s a complete bible, old and New Testament as taken from the best examples of the German translation by Doctor Martin Luther, a prominent member of the early protestant movement and the first to translate the bible from Latin into a common tongue defying the church.
It also says the preface is written by Magister Gotthard Schuster, Archdeacon of Zwickau. Also including grading and approbation of the high honoured theological faculty of Leipzig
The book itself was printed by Johann Friedrich Höfer in Zwickau.
Taking those infos my best guess would be early to mid 18th century. Somewhere between 1727 and 1761 to be more precise
The preface was written by **Gotthard Schuster**, who, according to Wikipedia, became Archidiakonus of a church in Zwickau in 1727 and died 1761.
Be careful, it may be a reprint.
Supposedly the original is a 18th century book. (Just use Google Lens or inverted image search) But it is irritating how many of those books are available online.
There is a hughe scam business in Germany selling reprints as “antique”.

It’s a bible. There is no mention of the year it was printed.
Han
Googling the publisher, I found several results for this printing, and it looks like 1737 would have been the year of publishing.
I’ll try to translate it the best I can:
Bible
This is:
the whole
Holy Script
Old and new testament
Based on the best exemplars of the german translation
of the blessed
D. Martin Luthers
whose intro speeches, besides the content and correct separation of every chapter draw parallels and uses from (the bible?).
Including some explainations, rules and vocabulary,
made to honor god and help the next (people)
with an introduction by
M. Gotthard Schustern, arch-diocese. of Zwickau
also centur and appobation by the theologic faculty of Leipzig
other edition
Zwickau, printed by Johan Friedrich Hofern
If you google the printmaker Johann Friedrich Höfern you find this:

So somewhere in the 18th century.
