  2. I had to look up what that was and I probably should know this. That was a lawsuit that allowed corporations and individuals to run parallel ads for elections because of free speech. I think they have to have some degree of separation, in that they cannot be affiliated with an individual campaign.

    So in other-words, if Elon was to run for President, I cannot spend $1 million of my own doh directly on his campaign but can run ads that ostensibly help him, say “Buy electric cars”, or something like that. Correct me of I am wrong. Although I am all for getting money out of politics, I would agree with the court in this matter as Free Speech as a human right trumps our politics. I always put the human right first, even if having the right tramples on other government crap, as I happen to know that governments are the primary drivers of war, and that if you give them to much power, they will ultimately kill us all. We must allow someone to stand up and say “no more”.
