How Can You Get To Blue Mountain Village, Ontario?

Just over two hours from Toronto, it’s super accessible

Despite seeming like a rural or remote spot, Blue Mountain Village is actually pretty easy to get to. It’s around a 2hr15 minute drive from Toronto (depending on traffic) and there is a direct FlixBus route from Toronto Pearson Airport to Blue Mountain Village. You need to search for Collingwood, and it comes up as one of the stop options.

It takes 2hr15 and costs just under $20 one-way. The benefit here is that it includes one piece of luggage as standard and has free Wi-Fi onboard, so perfect if you need to bring skis with you.

From the Niagara Falls border crossing, it’s around a three-hour drive. The public transport here isn’t great, so your best bet is to hit the road and drive all the way to the resort. Once you’re in Blue Mountain, having a car does help with the further-out hikes and mountain biking trails.

If you’re traveling in the winter by car, make sure you have snow chains and other winter essentials, as the mountain roads can be tricky.
